a tea party....

four "as sweet as can be" girlies got together for an afternoon tea party. they giggled over yummy sandwiches and treats galore...drank from pretty little teacups. don't you love her new hat?

they had a try at flower arranging and a scrapbooking project...they were all so good at it and the girls were perfectly colour co-ordinated with the party! it was a pleasure to see them in their party dresses...they all behaved like little ladies. it was the quietest birthday party i have ever been to!

the weather was just warm enough for kite flying and skipping ropes. nobody wanted it to end. boo's birthday is actually in a few days, so we'll be throwing another party i am sure. that's ok with me because this girl is worth it. she is a true sweetheart. a doll. a peach of a girl...xo

p.s. we moved the party to a new room in the house...that explains the plywood floors and unpainted walls. they didn't seems to notice. the room is large and bright and this test run showed us how useful the space will be. also to note: i am feeling like myself again...back on track.
