the hammock is getting some use... napping and reading happen here. beautiful sunny hot days and hardly any sign of bugs. |

it smells so lovely in the house tonight. right before dinner i snuck off to cut some lilac. not a bumper crop this year... all the more reason to bring them in to enjoy. |

What a perfect picture of summer that hammock swinging in the breeze, snoozing without a care in the world. Note to self I must get a hammock!
I would do that to with the lilacs, they are so pretty. They always remind me of my grandmother, she loved them so much.
