i hope it's the friends and the crushes, the dances, sleepovers and fun. i hope she remembers with pride all of the things she accomplished. the good job she did. 16 is big... i remember it like it was yesterday... |

the best friends i've ever had, my first boyfriend, a dreamy trip to a private school prom, a life changing move, a broken heart... and making new friends. this was when i started to really learn the lessons of making good choices...or bad. listening to that little voice inside. i wish i'd known then what i know now. be yourself be yourself be yourself and your mother really does know what it's like to be 16...in a hurry to be 17. xox |

Oh wow...how nice it would be to be 16 again...at least for a few hours!
Those were some wonderful days and I have a lot of great memories from my sweet 16 year...

Sweet 16 really truly is a year she will always remember, and your right its like being on the edge with the world at your feet. She is absolutely beautiful!

Time flies doesn't it? My oldest will be 17 in September. I just want to hold them and not let go. Your daughter is so beautiful. You must be proud!
